I saw a post earlier that read: 

The New Rules

1. You have to do it. 
2. I don’t have to do it. 
3. I get to be angry if you do it wrong. 

Is it just me, or are these rules we create in relationships? I have automatically assumed it would be my boyfriend who would make the effort to communicate with me first. Now that the summer is almost ever, I am used to not being the one calling - I wait for him to call me first. Basically, I have been secretly mad at him for not calling me as often as he used to. He calls once a week and then we text one day in between that, but I know he has been extremely busy at home. I hate when people say this, but I honestly think it is because I am a girl. We look to into things and become paranoid that they are losing interest. This is me thinking he doesn’t love me anymore either, but things like that do not change over night.
